Vineyard in the Land of Cocagne by Mas du Terme

Deeply rooted in its land and in its time, the Mas du Terme favors traditional harvesting and winemaking methods with respect for nature, wine and people.
Thus, between scrubland, low walls, smallholdings, lavender and olive trees, the grape varieties Merlot, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache…. (for the reds and rosés), and Chardonnay and Viognier (for the whites) express themselves beautifully.
Fine tannins, generous fruit, pleasure for the senses ... the balance is perfect. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, to be consumed in moderation.

Olive, Land of Cocagne by Mas du Terme

Emblematic of Provence, the olive tree is a fascinating thousand-year-old tree which holds a very special place in the heart of the Domaine du Mas du Terme.
From its generous fruit we extract the marvelous oil which so delicately perfumes our Provençal cuisine. Cultivated in the pure Provençal tradition, our olives are harvested by hand, crushed and cold pressed at the mill to obtain this pure fruit juice with rich vitamin flavors and beneficial properties for health.

Lavender, Amour de Cocagne by Mas du Terme

Other Symbol of Provence, lavender flourishes fully on the Mas du Terme terroir. As summer approaches, swept by the mistral, the long stems topped with delicate purple flowers give the illusion of an ocean in the heart of the scrubland, thyme, boxwood and other broom on the estate. Each flower delivers a tiny part of its olfactory treasure that our essential oil, Amour de Cocagne, a virtuous condensed of scents, perfumes and colors, lovingly reveals.
